Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days once it is shipped (depending on the method you select) and we will send a confirmation email to you when your order ships. If you need to receive your order sooner, please select one of our RUSH options during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates:
All shipping rates are flat rate, regardless of how much you order!  Most orders (excluding Christening items) can ship for $3.50.   Below you will find our shipping options as well as transit times.

Standard Shipping Methods -

First Class Mail – this is our most economical shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped regular mail. While the postal service states this method should take 4-6 business days, we have had packages take up to 2 weeks, though rare. Normally you can expect delivery in a week. Please keep in mind that during busy shipping periods such as holidays, shipping can take longer. This is a great option if you are not in a rush to receive your order and would like to save money. There are no insurance or tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery.

Priority Mail - a fairly reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped through the postal service, but via their priority service. This method is faster than first class mail and usually takes 2-3 business days. Like first class mail, this service is not insured or guaranteed and can take longer than the 3 business days. Please keep in mind that during busy shipping periods such as holidays, shipping can take much longer. There are no tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery.
 

Below are our RUSH shipping options.
When you select any of our RUSH shipping options, your order will automatically be processed before other orders so that it ships out within 2 business days. If you need your order sooner than 2 weeks, please select a RUSH shipping option as we cannot guarantee you will receive your order unless a RUSH option has been selected.

RUSH Priority Mail – our economical RUSH shipping option. If you need your package within a week, this is a fairly reliable way to expedite your order as it will ship out within 2 days. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped through the postal service, but via their priority service. This method usually takes 2-3 business days once shipped. This service is not guaranteed and can take longer than the 3 business days. There are no insurance or tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery.

RUSH Fedex 2 day - a guaranteed and very reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will ship through Federal Express. Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days from the day we ship your package. There are tracking services with this shipping option and once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you will know exactly when to expect your package. Additionally, your package is insured should anything be damaged.

RUSH Fedex Overnight - a guaranteed and very reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will ship through Federal Express. Delivery is guaranteed the following business day after we ship it. There are tracking services with this shipping option and once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you will know exactly when to expect your package. Shipping this method also includes insurance should anything happen to your package in transit.


Returns

Due to the variety of items that we sell, as well as the custom nature of our items, our return/exchange policy varies depending on the item.  Please refer below for the return/exchange policy of each item.  If there is something not listed or if you have any questions, please ask. 

Please email us if you need to return or exchange an item and we will provide return instructions.  Items approved for a return or exchange need to be shipped back within 7 days of receipt of the item.  A RMA# must be obtained in order to receive a refund or credit for anything returned.  To obtain an RMA#, please follow these instructions:

1.  Log into your account through our website

2.  In the upper right hand corner, click on "My Account"

3.  Click on "Order History"

4.  Click on the order number for the item you wish to return/exchange

5.  In the upper right hand corner, click on "Merchandise Return Request"

6.  Select the item you would like to return/exchange and select the "Return" button to submit the request


We reserve the right to refuse to exchange/return items if they are not in their original condition or if our exchange/return policy is abused.  Customized items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Headbands, Bracelets and Shoes
Items from these categories are eligible for exchange of different size of the same item if they do not fit.  All items need to be returned with their original packaging, with tags still attached and in original condition to be eligible for an exchange.  They also need to be returned in the same type of packaging they were originally shipped in. 

Fancy Bows/Headbands, Beaded Socks, Korkers, Bows and Clippies
Any items from this category are eligible for an exchange of any other item we carry.  All items need to be returned with their original packaging, with tags still attached and in original condition to be eligible for an exchange.  They also need to be returned in the same type of packaging they were originally shipped in. 

Totes/Diaper Bags, Boutique Clothing, Blankets, Burp Cloths, Bibs
All sales on these categories are final as they are custom made to order.

Christening Items
All christening items can be returned, but will be assessed a 15% restocking fee ($20 minimum) to cover our original cost in packaging and shipping the item to you.  Unfortunately, it costs us much more to ship a Christening item than we charge.  All items need to be returned with their original packaging, with tags still attached and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.  Christening items need to be returned in the same type of packaging they were originally shipped in.  Christening items that need to be exchanged for a different size are not assessed any restocking fee, but only the cost to ship out the replacement item.

Sale/Clearance Items
All final sale/clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned.  Items with a “CL” or “Sale” in the title are considered final sales.
